SMOOTHIES FOR THIS HEAT

Hello my bloggers friends, as we all well know, the heat is coming faster than ever, so today I have decided to make an entry of some refreshing smoothies. They have a quite simple and basic composition, so I'm not going to complicate the life of you!
All of them have the basic ingredient that is the fruit, as well as some leading dairy ingredients. Finally, they are very simple to prepare, since with small amounts it's possible to obtain a milkshake of quality. Here we go:

MIXTURE OF THE SUMMER FRUITS:
INGREDIENTS: 
  • 200gr Watermelon
  • 100gr Nectarine 
  • 200gr Pear
  • 200gr Yoghurt
PREPARATION:
We will remove the skin and pips of all fruits and we will depart in pieces, we will add it to the mixer together with yoghurt.
Now, we mix it and will beat all together, until we get a perfect blend for our smoothie.

SMOOTHIE OF APPLE WITH SOYA AND STRAWBERRY
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Golden Apples
  • 200gr Strawberry
  • 150ml Orange juice
  • 400ml Soya milk
PREPARATION:
We will remove the skin of the apples and we will leave the pieces clean without pips. We will put them inside the mixer with the washed strawberries. Then add the juice and milk, and blend until obtaining a creamy texture for our smoothie.
This, is for to serve right away, so it doesn't lose his nutrients.

LEMON-PEACH SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 Peaches
  • 2 Lemons
  • 400ml Soya or oatmeal milk
PREPARATION:
Remove the skin to the peaches, then remove the bone and cut into pieces. We put in the blender pieces of peach along the juice of the two lemons, add the milk and beat to the maximum until our perfect smoothie.
If we have a little liquid we can add a yoghurt or a little ice cream skimming.

MELON SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
  • 250gr Melon
  • 300ml water with gas
  • 2 spoons of honey
PREPARATION:
Remove melon from the shell and seeds. Chop it, and now only need to mix all the ingredients in the blender and drink it cold.
ADVICES:
  • The fruit must be mature and the fruit of the season.
  • It isn't necessary to add sugar, because the fruit is already sweet for if.
  • Essential to remove the touched pieces of fruit has plenty of water (watermelon, melon, orange) is recommended to use yoghurt.
  • It the fruit is more solid (peach, banana, apple) it is recommended to use milk.
  • If we don’t want to use a lot of milk, we can put a bit of crushed ice.
